People mostly buy and sell apartments, and rarely industrial buildings

According to the data published by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, in November 2018 the major portion of purchase and sale transactions in Armenia falls to apartments, which makes 37.3% of total number of transactions, 35.7% (a little less) are land transactions, residential houses with a share of 16.3% are on the third place.

The minimum (smallest) number of transactions were made for industrial buildings, only 1.4%. The purchase and sale transactions of public buildings (4.1%), as well as the garages (5.1%) are also small.
