The number of real estate contracts has decreased in June

The decrease of real estate contracts in the country in June is visible comparing to last year. Especially, the number of contracts of apartments (house), buildings with social significance and garage has decreased. On the other hand, the contracts of places with industrial significance and agricultural lands have increased.

According to the research of cadaster, this year comparing to May, June was not an active month for real estate contracts: the total number comparing to the previous month has decreased by 0.7%.
