The Kotayk region is the leader on the number of deals for sale of apartments

According to the data provided by Cadaster Committee, 494 apartment sale transactions completed in multi-apartment buildings of the RA regions in April 2019.

Compared with the previous month results, growth was not observed, but in comparison with April of last year registered 36% growth in deals.

The leader on the number of deals for sale of apartments is Kotayk region, then on almost equal positions are the regions Lori and Shirak.
