February has the most transactions in the last 10 years.

This year in February 3593 transactions of real estate were registered. According to the last 10 years’ analysis of Cadaster Committee of Yerevan, this year the biggest number of real estate transactions was recorded – 3593.

By the way, 2 times less transactions were registered in February 2009, about 1984. In terms of transactions, the most passive period in real estate market was in February 2017 (2166 transactions):
