The average prices of 1 square meter of apartments in Yerevan has been increased by 1000 dollars since 2002

In June, the average market prices of 1 square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings have increased to 600000 AMD, which is about 1250 dollars. Compared to last year’s June the average price of an apartment in Kentron was 530 000 AMD.

The price of the apartments in the capital continues to increase during the last 2 decades. The analysis of cadaster’s previous years’ archive is the proof of that fact. Lets check June for an example. In June 2007, the average market price of 1 square meter of apartments was 454 800 AMD. It is interesting that in June 2003, the average market price of 1 square meter of apartments was 226 000 AMD (387 dollars) and in 2002 it was 262 dollars, so it was 1000 dollar less compared to this year’s June. There is no analysis on the official page about the years before 2002.
