The apartment price fluctuations in the regions are very different depending on the city

In the regions of Armenia, according to the July analysis of the Cadastre, apartment prices have remained almost at the same level ․ The average deflation was slightly 1% compared to June, and compared to July 2019 there was 2-5% inflation. It is also interesting that, depending on the region and the city, the price fluctuations are very different. In some cities, compared to July last year, there is a deflation of more than 10%, and in some, up to 16% inflation. Here are some facts ․ 2019 Compared to July, the average apartment prices in July increased the most in Masis (16-6%), then by Artashat (13.1%) and Vagharshapat (12.1%). As always, there is a general inflation of apartments in almost all cities and urban settlements of Kotayk region, particularly in Abovyan, Byureghavan and Charentsavan.It is also interesting to mention that the price of apartments has decresed t in Jermuk the most(-12.2%). And in general, deflation is noticeable in all settlements of Vayots Dzor. The picture is almost the same in Lori,  except  Vanadzor city, where a slight but widespread decline of apartment prices was observed in July.
