Mostly, apartments are rented in Yerevan and the lands in Armavir province

On April 2019, in the Republic of Armenia 90% more rental transactions comparing to last April were realised. Rental market was the most active in Yerevan as always and in Gegharquniq and Syuniq provinces as well.

One more interesting fact-In April in Armenia 177 land rental transactions and the 485 hectare of rented land is located in Armavir province. By the way unlike other properties, land lease deals are not upgraded to April of last year, even a slight decrease was observed.
