In some parts of Ajapnyak, the housing prices have almost reached Kentron’s average

Based on the price indicators of April 2019, published by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, it can be stated that the average market prices of 1 square metre of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings in Yerevan increased by about 10% compared to the previous year, and slightly less than about 1% as compared to the previous month.

A notable fact: for the first time, the biggest increase, with only 0.1% difference, is observed not in Kentron, but in Zone 4 of Ajapnyak administrative district (Crossing Leningradyan street to the Kievyan bridge, then through Halabyan street to Davtashen bridge). Meanwhile, there was a slight decrease in prices compared to the same month of the previous year (-1.2%) in Malatia-Sebastia’s Zone 6.
