The legalization of an estate has been greatly increased in the Republic of Armenia

In recent years when looking into cadastre analysis, we can run across to an interesting statistics about estate legalization. By the way, this data was in the cadastre analysis as a particular sort of a contract only since 2017. Before 2017 it was never mentioned.

So, in the first half of this year 936 contracts were legalized. Comparing to the results of last year this number has increased to 237 contracts and comparing to the results of 2017, it has increased to 460 contracts. If this increase continues till the end of the year, we think that the number of contracts will reach to 2000.

Isn’t it a direct reflection of changed situation in Armenia started in spring 2018 and a proof of legalization in economics?
