In February 2019, the market average prices for 1 square meter in Yerevan have increased by 0.7% compared to January 2019, and by 9.1% compared to 9.1%. Compared to January, the same unnoticeable figure is in the provinces (0.6%).

So, we can mark that the stability of market prices is persistent.
