2019 was summerized by an increase in home prices

According to the 2019 Cadastre Real Estate annual analysis in residential buildings the avarege market price has increased for 10.8% in Yerevan and 5% in regions.

In the scope of steady increase in prices in regions and in Yerevan it is important to mention that in comparison to 2018 the transactional number in Yerevan has decreased for 4.2% and in regions for about 16.7%. In 2019 about 6240 appartments were sold in Yerevan, and the 5.6% of this number in rural areas.
