The prices of apartments in the regions of Armenia have increased almost four times since 2003

The largest increase was recorded in the capital of Syunik, Kapan (almost 6 times). By the way, the cheapest prices for apartments in 2003 were in Kapan, and the most expensive were in Gyumri.

According to annual review of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia for 2003 and 2017 (2018 has not yet been summed up), the average price per square meter in the regional centre has increased for almost 4 times.

The highest prices in 2003 were recorded in Gyumri, where the price of 1 square meter was 39.055 drams. And in 2017, the highest price was surprisingly in Yeghegnadzor. The second most expensive regional centre in that year was Ijevan and the third was Ashtarak.

The situation was the same in November last year.
