There were more transactions in this October compared to the last one

October is considered to be a stable month in respect of transactions, followed by an active season in the Armenian real estate market and continued until the end of the year. According to the comparative analysis of the Cadastre of the Octobers of the last 10 years, the number of transactions in the market has been steadily increasing since 2017.

This analysis is illustrated in the chart below, which in some way reflects the Armenian reality and its impact on the real estate market. So, in October, 2016, was registered the lowest number of transactions (11,308) (this had its distinct reason – the April Four-Day War), with a significant increase the following year (15,324). In 2018, there was growth, but only in a few hundred deals, which can be explained by the post-revolutionary expectations and the forthcoming December parliamentary elections. This year we can already see that the real estate market in October showed a significant activity – about 18%.
