There was a slight increase in prices of apartments in the regions in April

Analyzing the data of average prices of 1 square metre of apartments sold in the regions published by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia in April 2019, and summarizing all the indicators, we can state that the prices of apartments of multi-apartment residential buildings in the regions increased by 0.4% on average in comparison with the previous month. The prices of the cities in Lori and Vayots Dzor have remained the same, while in Tsaghkadzor the prices dropped down of 1.3%. The highest increase was observed in Kapan, by 2.5%.
