Armenia’s prime minister Nikol Pashinyan’s announcements and president Armen Sargsyan’s regular promo visits in Gyumri, seem to give results. According to Cadaster’s official data, as it was expected, compared to July and last year’s August there is an increase in numbers of contracts made in August in Shirak region (of course on account of Gyumri). Cadaster’s last analysis of August allows us to conclude that the market develops with big steps in Shirak, especially in Gyumri. Experts think that if real estate market development keeps growing then republic’s second city will be the second also in real estate activity.
