There is a price increase, but relatively slow by months

If we compare the current October with the past Octobers , than in Yerevan there has been a notable increase of 11.8 % – in the prices of apartments in the multi-apartment buildings. In the regions the increase is 12.1%. It is interesting, that in the regions as compared to Yerevan (only 1.7%) the price increase since september has been notable – 6.7%.

Month by month the tendency of price increase is notable in the past months. For instance, in Yerevan there was a 1.2% increase as compared to August, and in August there was 1.1% increase as compared to July. The same is in case of regions.

So, according to the statistics, the price increase has been slown down in the field of Real estate.
