The State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia has set a new admission procedure for citizens

Recently, a three-stage admission procedure has been set in the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia to regulate the process of examining and solving the issues raised by citizens.

According to the new procedure, if the citizen is dissatisfied with the solution of the issue during admission, he/she can be re-registered for an admission within three days at the deputy head of the committee (admission is organized within 15 days). And if the citizen is again dissatisfied, then he / she submits a written objection within five days and schedules a meeting with the head of admission committee (admission is organized within 30 days).

Admission is organized every Monday from 16:00 to 18:00. Citizens are registered in advance until Friday at 16:00. It is also possible to register via phone call (General department: 060-474222). Registered are those citizens, who have a previously submitted application in the Committee and are dissatisfied with the answer. The same citizen can be re-registered for an  admission after 6 months.
