The prices of apartments in Yerevan have increased 3 times over the last 15 years

For almost two decades, real estate prices in Yerevan are increasing every year almost without any exception. The table below shows the growth of average prices for multi-apartment residential buildings over the last 15 years. The biggest increase was recorded in Nubarashen administrative district (about 5 times).

Annual prices are presented here according to the data provided by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia.

The most expensive district now like in 2003 is Kentron, where the price of 1 square meter of an apartment is 217,237 drams. And the cheapest is Nubarashen with 35,782 drams. By the way, in 2003 the prices of apartments in Northern Avenue were not included in the data of Kentron administrative district. There was a stable growth from 2003 to 2009. The prices in Kentron and Arabkir administrative districts decreased in 2014 compared to 2009, and in 2017 they again continued to increase. The prices for apartments in multi-apartment buildings have increased for almost 3 times in November 2018, compared to 2003.
