The price fluctuations of apartments in Yerevan are big

In the first three months of 2019, the average prices of apartments in multi-apartment buildings have risen by 10% per square meter. As always, there are huge differences between different districts: so, if the prices in the central area Kentron district – Mid Kentron, the prices have risen by 18%, the prices in the third zone have risen only by 6%. In the most expensive zone of Arabkir district the prices have risen by 10% compared to last year, but in the cheapest zone it has risen only by 4.5%, so it is around the same as in the mid Shengavit zone.

One more noticeable fact – after the inflation of Kentron’s most expensive zones highest pace was registered in Ajapnyak’s 4th and Malatia Sebastia 8th zones, 16.9% and 13% respectively. The 6th zpne of Malatia Sebastia is the only one were the prices compared to the last year saw a decrease of 3.8%.

It must be mentioned that in the frame above the number of transaction of each area and building has an impact on the increase and decrease of the prices. The reason is that even inside the zones, depending from the building, the prices of the apartments can have noticeable fluctuations.
