The Number of transactions is many times more than in provinces

In February 2019 the most transactions were registered in Yerevan with the number of 4659, which forms the 35, 2 % of all transactions. The least transactions took place in Vayoc dzor – 226 (1, 7%). In fact, 20 times more transactions were realized in Yerevan than in Vayoc dzor.

The second biggest number of transactions was recorded in Kotayk province – 1542, and then Ararat province follows with the number of 1332. The abovementioned analysis proves the reality that the capital of the Armenia and provinces are developing unequally, and the economic activity indicator, with real estate market being one of its components, has huge fluctuations connected with regions.
