The number of purchases and sales of apartments has increased in regions, the prices – too

Unlike the capital, where compared to last year’s August the number of contracts of purchases and sales of apartments has decreased, there is a constant increase in regions. So, according to RA Cadastre analysis, the number of contracts of purchases and sales of apartments, compared to July 2019, has increased by 7.6% and compared to August 2018 – by 10%. The prices stayed the same in July.
