The most pledge transactions in February 2019 at Arabkir

In February 2019, the market of real estate pledge was active in Yerevan as well. According to the data provided by Cadaster Committee, 1154 pledge transactions were registered in the capital city. Interestingly, the biggest number of transactions was registered in Arabkir district, which exceeded Kentron district for the first time. Ajapnyak is in the third place. And Nubarashen as a small and socially poorest district is naturally in the last place with only 5 transactions.
