The largest number of purchase / sale transactions is carried out in relation to lands

The highest percentage of transactions in the Republic of Armenia in July-August-September was on the land – about 34%. In addition, land deals in the regions make up about half (49.2%) of the total.

The rest of the transactions in the republic are of apartments and houses – 31.2% and 21.5%, respectively. The lowest number of purchases was made in production facilities – 2%.
