The greatest amount of lands are sold and bought in the provinces Armavir, Kotayk and Ararat

In the different provinces of the republic of Armenia the main indicator of proposal-demand is the analysis of Cadaster. From the beginning of the year the greatest amount of lands are bought and sold in Kotayk, Armavir and Ararat.

In addition, if during some months in two provinces of Ararat lowland the number of contracts had fluctuations, the number of contracts hasn’t changed in Kotayk province.

The 1\5 part of land contracts are made in the provinces, which are close to the capital. In the mountainous provinces of Armenia, especially in Vayots dzor and Shirak, land trade remains passive.
