“The cheapest” region is Gavar and “the most expensive” region is Yeghegnadzor

In June 2019 in the cities of regions of Armenia the average market prices of 1 square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings remained the same, if we consider the fact that, compared to May, the average market price increase (0,1%) is insignificant and can’t reflect the price fluctuation.

Analysing cadaster data of regions, we can state that the most expensive apartments are not in Armenia’s two big cities; Gyumri and Vanadzor, but in Yeghegnadzor (the average price of 1 square meter is 125000 AMD), then in Ijevan (119000 AMD) and Ashtarak (118600 AMD).
