Small increase compared to July

In August 2019, the prices of 1 square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings compared to July haven’t increased that much (by 1,1%), but compared to last year’s August they have increased by 10%.
It’s interesting that there were 1000 contracts made for apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings, which is bigger by 7,6% compared to July, but compared to last year’s August- lower by 7,6%.
