Real estate market is likely to reflect the increase of investment

 The half of real estate bought by foreigners on this April is apartments, with a large number of private houses.But this year, comparing to the last April,  cases of purchasing buildings with public and industrial importance (correspondingly 5.5 and 2 times more) are greatly increased, the number of land purchase transactions also is increased 3 times more. This results prove that there is a tendency of purchasing real estate in Armenia with investing purposes.
