Price growth of apartments continues in Yerevan and in the regions

According to the data published by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, 1165 purchase and sale transactions of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings were made in Yerevan in November 2018.

The average market price of 1 square meter of an apartment in multi- apartment residential buildings in the capital city increased by 0.3% in November 2018, compared to October of the same year and by 11.8% compared to November 2017.

506 flats of multi-apartment buildings were sold in the regions of Armenia this November. And the average market price of 1 square meter of an apartment in multi-apartment residential buildings in the regions increased by 0.2% in November 2018, compared to October of the same year.
