Price fluctuations in regions and cities are high

In the cities of regions, in the first half of 2019 the average market prices of 1 square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings have decreased by 1,9% compared to the second half of 2018. The highest price increase, according to Cadaster, was in Noyemberyan (10,3%), and the highest price decrease in Talin (4,5%).

The most expensive apartments in the country are still in Tsaghkadzor – the average price of 1 square meter is 282 000 AMD, which is a little bit cheaper than it was in the second half of the last year.  The second most expensive city remains Abovyan – the average price of 1 square meter is 167 000 AMD.
