Most of the land purchase and sale transactions were made in the provinces of Ararat and Kotayk

According to the data provided by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, only 1500 purchase and sale transactions were made in the land market in Armenia in December 2018. The percentage distribution by Yerevan and regions are presented below in the chart.
