Houses for rent under 3000$ in Kentron district, Yerevan

In February 2019, the market of real estate rent has become more active compared to the last 2 years. According to Cadaster Committee data, 498 transactions of real estate rent took place on this February compared with last year’s 369.

According to the experts of real estate market, the growing demand might lead to a deficit and raise in renting prices, which are steadily increasing especially in Kentron of the capital. The rental prices of both apartments and private houses start from 250 USD up until 3000$, meanwhile at Erebuni and Shengavit district start from 100$ up until 350$ at most. So, it means that so called elite 3-4 room apartments and private houses in Kentron are approximately 6-9 times more expensive than the others.
