From now on, the analysis and publications of market will be done operatively and on time

The monthly analysis of real estate market in Cadaster Committee must be done maximum 15 days after the end of the month. The abovementioned question was discussed recently in The Real Estate Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia (RECC) council meeting. The head of RECC S. Petrosyan instructed to the person responsible for it to discuss during a week the possibilities of making the analysis, publishing and sending it to the Statistical Committee in a suggested period.

Also, be informed that for years the responsible organization was finishing the analysis and publications in the period of 1 month and sometimes even more, which was creating additional difficulties not only for professionals and for analysts, but also for citizens who were prone to follow the tendencies of the market and act according to that.
