Foreigners purchase 2 times more real estate in Armenia

According to analysis of real estate cadaster committee of the Republic of Armenia, foreigners purchase 2 times more real estate in Armenia comparing to the last April. It is interesting to note  that in Yerevan growth is 90%, but in regions, except Lori and Tavush , the number of deals is several times more. The record was in the region of Ararat -13 times more.

The increase of purchasing of real estate is visible comparing to the results of this March, which makes 24%.
