Contracts made in business sphere

Juridical persons made 381 real estate purchase and sale contracts in August 2019, which is the 8,7% of all the purchase and sale contracts.
This data refers to the business sphere, where juridical person can be a customer and on the other hand seller. The types of estates that business subjects sell are also interesting. It turns out, they mostly buy lands (60% of the contracts) and sell apartments (50% of the contracts).
