Compared with the January of the last year 16% and compared with December, a slight increase in prices

In 2020 the housing prices for 1 sq meter in Yerevan have increased only by 0.6 % compared with December 2019, and compared with January 2019 there was an increase of 16 %.

In the cities of the regions in January, 2020 the picture is almost the same: 0.5% inflation compared to December, and 6.4% compared to January, 2019. Interestingly, the number of housing transactions in the regions decreased by about 42% compared to December of the last year, and increased by about 8% compared to January of the last year.
