Buying and sale activity moves from Yerevan to regions

The highest growth in buying and selling transactions was in Ararat region. Interestingly, the number of buying and selling transactions has increased by 1.6%. In Lori region there was a decrease of 12% as compared to the previous year. As usual, in Kotayk, Tavush and Aragatsotn the most number of transactions was registered.

Throughout the year, the largest number of transactions was made in the land market (40% of the total), the least in manufacturing (1.3%). By the way, in the Cadastre analysis there was no special reference on this, but the market specialists state that there was a great demand in storage areas which can lead to production increase and economic activity.
