5 Cadaster office-branches will combine in Vanadzor

The 5 office-branches of Cadaster Committee, where all the archive data is kept, is intended to center in Vanadzor.  It will foster the increase of Cadaster’s productivity, the combination of archives and the quality increase of the service for residents.

The formation of the new Cadaster office-branch is important also for the territorial proportional development. According to recently adopted decision by the government of the republic of Armenia, it will be located in Vanadzor’s old maternity hospital and due to 900 million AMD investment; a modern establishment will be formed. Besides that, other Cadaster office-branches’ state equipment equivalent to 2-2,5 milliard AMD will be released.
