For almost 10 years, the most expensive apartments are in Kentron administrative district, and the most affordable ones are in Nubarashen

The highest increase in prices for apartments in Yerevan is observed in Kentron administrative district, and the smallest is in Kanaker-Zeytun. According to the data provided by the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, based on average housing prices, the price-picture is nearly unchanged: for almost ten years Kentron is the most expensive and Nubarashen is the cheapest administrative district.

Below we present the price comparisons for the months of January of 2 years, according to which, only 3 out of 11 communities (Nor Nork, Erebuni and Shengavit) saw a decrease in housing prices.
