The highest price increase in Yerevan after Kentron was noticed in Ajapnyak

In the first half of 2019, the average market prices of 1 square meter of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings in Yerevan have increased by 9,5 % compared to the first half of 2018. Compared to the second half of 2018, the prices has increased only by 4,6%. The reason is that usually in second half of the year, real estate trade is more active, so the price increase is higher.

The highest price increase, as always, was in Kentron; the average is 16%. On the second place is this year is not Arabkir (the average is 11%), but Ajapnyak (the average is 12%). The lowest price increase was in Avan; the average is 5%. It is lower than Yerevan’s most unpopular district Nubarashen’s price increase (the average is 7%).
