The prices of apartments have risen again
The buying and selling prices of multi-apartment buildings are steadily increasing compared with the last year’s January and February. According to the data provided by Cadaster Committee, in February 2019, 904 transactions of selling and buying were registered. There was an inflation in each district compared with January except Nubarashen where the price of 1m2 has decreased by 600AMD. Compared with last year’s February, the average market prices have risen by 9.1%.
